David was born on February 17, 1975. On his own initiative, he applied to the Air Force. Prior to this, having failed the ASVAB test twice, but later he was taken to the Air Force tactical control detachment. After serving there for some time, he left this special unit to transfer to the Fur Seals squad. However, he weighed a little more than 135 kg, they certainly would not have been taken. After 3 months, he lost weight to 86 kg. After three attempts to join, he was accepted in 2001. There he was sent to fight in Iraq, after he fought in Afghanistan. In 2004, the Army assigned him the name “The Most Valiant Man.” When a helicopter crashed during Operation Red Wings in 2005, only he survived from the whole team.
