Simplest of all.  Pull left brake to turn left.  Pull Right brake to turn right!  takes a second to respond so give it a second.  Pull only one at a time and release other when not pulling.  This is necessary to avoid a full collapse.   If you pull full on both brakes and hold, you may very well have a full collapse.   It will reopen after dropping 50'- 150', but it will be a violent re-opening, and may re-collapse and/or other complications.
