NO! Because it's a skill to launch and land one. Much like first gear on a clutch car. Like getting up on a surf board, bicycle, or water skies. Difference is, until you get it launch and landing down you run a very high likeliness of damaging the cage, propeller, or other without ever even getting off the ground. Cost anywhere from $200.00 - to may be $1000.00 or more if you get pulled over on takeoff. Or if the wing comes down in the propeller because you didn’t know how to prevent it. Not to mention altitude can be life threatening. And not to mention FAA, other rules and laws potentially broken and legal liability and injury. Bottom line, it's just nowhere near profitable for someone to rent them out to a lay person.

However, You can take a tandem flight in one with a tandem pilot and tandem powered paraglider. Usually costs about $50.00 - $75.00 for 30 min of flight
